Give Land O'Lakes® Sauté Express® Sauté Starters as a Wedding Gift!

I recently had a friend get married, and before the wedding I was scanning my mind with what kind of gift I could give that would really be from the heart. I wanted something creative and unique. Land O'Lakes® Sauté Express® Sauté Starters inspired me with really cool idea to start her a recipe box with recipes from the important women in her life. It would be something she could add to over the years and one day pass along to a woman in her own family - hopefully a daughter! I bought a beautiful box to store the recipes in, some recipe cards which I decorated to add a personal touch, and some dividers.

Before the bridal shower ended, I had passed out goodie bags to everyone and dropped a coupon in some of the bags. After the bridal shower, I asked all of the women if they could stay and talk to me for a second. So, after the bride left, we all stayed to help clean up.

First, I explained that as a BzzAgent, I have the opportunity to try new or popular products for free, with the inclusion of coupons, and then to review and share the products with others. I explained that one of my most recent campaign involved Land O' Lakes® SautéExpress® Sauté Starters. I added that when trying to think of a wedding gift, LandO' Lakes® Sauté Express® Sauté Starters gave me the perfect idea.

I explained the idea recipe box and asked if they could give me one or two recipes. I also shared that if they didn’t have a recipe, the Land O' Lakes® Sauté Express® Sauté Starters had some great ideas for fun, creative, unique, and easy things to try. I added that they come in five varieties: Savory Butter and Olive Oil, Italian Herb, Lemon Pepper, Garlic and Herb, and the new Teriyaki. They are great to use with chicken and pork and even fruit and vegetables. They allow for quick cooking and could be cost effective, because they could help to eliminate a lot of preparation time. "One step, no prep." And since it would just be the two of my friends for most dinners, Land O' Lakes® Sauté Express® Sauté Starters gives them the opportunity to prepare meals on a smaller scale just right for a newly married couple. I made sure to note that it was of course great for larger families too.

I thought it would be a good idea to give them an example of a recipe I was going to include. I passed out a paper including a copy of the recipe to everyone with my phone number, address, and email on the bottom, so they could contact me with their own recipes. Of course, I shared with them my family loved recipe for Land O' Lakes® Sauté Express® SautéStarter Grilled Chicken Pockets.

When the ladies began contacting me the next week, several of them said that they had tried my Land O' Lakes® Sauté Express® SautéStarters and loved it, thanked me for a coupon, or they thought it sounded really great and planned on trying it in the future.

Land O' Lakes® Sauté Express® Sauté Starters is an excellent value and time efficient way of preparing meals. It is exciting to think that I shared such a great product and ideas with others. Meals are after all a time for sharing.

Find them in the dairy isle!

Take 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts and cut into 2-inch cubes (1 lb), then cut 1 medium green and 1 medium red bell pepper into 1 1/2-inch cubes, then take a cup pineapple chunks. Take 2 cubes of the Land O' Lakes® Sauté Express® Sauté Starter in Teriyaki and divide in halves.

1. Heat your gas or charcoal grill.

2. Cut 4 (24x12-inch) sheets of heavy-duty foil. Divide chicken, bell peppers, pineapple chunks and Land O' Lakes® SautéExpress® Sauté Starter halves in Teriyaki among the four foil sheets. Bring up 2 sides of foil so edges meet. Seal edges, making tight 1/2-inch fold; fold again. Make sure you allow space for the heat to circulate and expand. Fold other sides to seal.

3 Place the packets on the grill over medium heat. Cover it and cook about 6 minutes. Use tongs to carefully turn packets over. Make sure not to puncture foil. Cook for about another 10 minutes. Make sure chicken is no longer pink in the center and vegetables are crisp-tender.

You can put them on a skewer, enjoy it by itself, or lay over some rice.
